What it means
Rank them by timeframe, alignment with the bias, liquidity taken, displacement, freshness and premium or discount.
In practice
A point of interest is where a trader plans to act, decided before price arrives. Marking a small number of them on the higher timeframe turns a session into waiting for price to reach a known place, instead of reacting to every candle.
When price arrives, the lower timeframe is checked for confirmation, such as a sweep and a shift in structure, before an entry is taken.
What to watch for
A chart covered in zones gives a reason to trade everywhere. Ranking them and keeping only the best few is the point of the exercise.
